- Mix yeast, sugar and 5 tbsp warm water, stir then set aside until bubble2 (yeast is actived)
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk and 1,5 tsp activated yeast then make dough until it's not sticky.
- Make small ball of dough
- Cover dough with plastic wrap or clean. leave it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes dough will be like in this picture
- After 30 minutes, punch dough then fill it with chocolate or minced meat or etc then cover it again with wrap or clean. Then leave for 15 minutes
- Steam pao in a steamer for 5 minutes
- Serve it
